We are a very loose consortium of federal senior employee labor relations experts (consultants) who currently practice with federal agencies and unions, contribute to this site, and also consult on the side (on an individual basis) with whoever hires us (unions, agencies, employees)- provided there is no conflict of interest. Membership is by invitation only. A few of us have a Union background before switching to the Agency side. We are all academically (no less than a Masters Degree) and professionally credentialed unlike your buddy whose advice for you when you are told you are being fired is, “they can’t do that.” Trust us, they can. Our combined win rate as Agency representatives is approximately 98% no exaggeration.
The most important thing to take away is that we are employees just like you. We also believe you have a right to reliable information to make critical decisions concerning federal employment, particularly during this critical time in which the entire workforce, us included, has become a political crap receptacle (was I clear enough?).
