I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the help you rendered to me.  When I first contacted you, I was dealing with a Hostile Work Environment at DHS. You walked me through the EEO process, gave me insight on what to expect,  and how to prepare for the mediation.  I had been experiencing the Hostile Work Environment for so long that I hardly had any strength left to fight back, and didn’t count on the process to work for me.  Thanks to your continuous support, I was able to file an EEO Complaint, requested remedies through the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, and my mediation was a success. The mediator was impressed on how well my information was organized, my preparation to proof my case and how I conducted myself during mediation.  When I was face to face with my employer it was a brutal fight, however I held my composure as you had informed this was a critical element and presented myself with confidence.  The employer did not want to agree with any of my remedies at first, however I did not back down and was able to obtain what mattered to me the most plus a little extra.  The mediator had previously informed that he didn’t have a good track record with DHS, but his statistics changed when I won.  The way I was treated at work had affected my performance, personal life, mental and physical health and nobody should allow an employer to treat them this way. After it was all said and done, I felt confident  enough to be able to direct an employee on steps to take if they felt they were not being treated fairly.  I hope I never encounter a similar situation in the future, however if I do I have you on speed dial.
